1. General These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made on meandtheoutdoors.dk. By completing a purchase, you accept these terms.

2. Prices and payment All prices are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) incl. VAT. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. We accept payment via MobilePay and credit card (Visa/Mastercard) via Stripe. The amount is charged to your account when the order is confirmed.

3. Delivery Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery is via GLS or PostNord. You will receive an order confirmation by email, and a track & trace code will be sent when the parcel has been dispatched. Delivery time is typically 2–5 business days after dispatch.

4. Right of withdrawal You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your item, in accordance with the Danish Consumer Contracts Act. To use your right of withdrawal, contact us at info@meandtheoutdoors.dk before the deadline expires. The item must be returned in essentially the same condition as when received. Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the item is defective.

5. Complaints You have a 24-month right to complain in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. This covers defects and faults that occur during normal use. It does not cover faults caused by incorrect use or normal wear and tear. Send your complaint to info@meandtheoutdoors.dk with a description and photos of the issue.

6. Personal data We treat your personal data confidentially and do not share it with third parties unless it is necessary to complete your order (e.g., with the shipping carrier). Read more in our privacy policy.
