    • Tag kyllingen af og tils\u00e6t ris, vand, kokosm\u00e6lk, bouillon, l\u00f8g, hvidl\u00f8g, limeskiver, salt, peber og chiliflager<\/span><\/div><\/li>
    • L\u00e6g kyllingen tilbage ovenp\u00e5<\/span><\/div><\/li>
    • Bring det i kog<\/span><\/div><\/li>
    • Skru ned til svag varme og lad det simre stille<\/span><\/div><\/li>
    • Kog i ca. 20 minutter til risen er f\u00e6rdig og det hele er cremet og gennemkogt<\/span><\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div>\n

      A few good tips before you start<\/p>

      Trangia is fantastic \u2014 but it requires a little patience. Remember to turn down the heat when it starts to boil, otherwise the rice will burn and the mood will suffer.<\/p>

      Using gas instead of methylated spirits or bioethanol gives you a bit more control over the heat \u2014 gas reacts faster when you turn it up and down. It’s just a little noisier out in the forest. Spirits on the other hand are almost silent and give a calm to the cooking that’s hard to beat.<\/p>
